Hello, I’m Ella.
I’m on a mission to transform our relationship with work.
I founded Bright Yellow to help people and companies rethink work. Applying what I’ve learnt from the social sciences with tools sharpened in commercial environments, I am brilliant at helping people and companies to amplify their impact.
We are human beings at work. Work is personal. I don’t believe you have to love your work, but for work to work for all of us, we need to understand the role we want it to play.
Whether you’re navigating a new role or looking to build a culture that actually supports its people, I provide tools and insights that help everyone make the most of who they are, at work.
Why me?
10+ years consulting for FTSE 250 companies – I’ve worked with leaders to reshape organisational cultures, align business strategy with purpose, and drive behavioural change at scale.
Qualified transformational coach – I am brilliant at helping people uncover deep insights about who they are and what they need to thrive.
Trained ethnographer – I’ve studied how we form identity in different environments which gives me a unique approach to understanding work as an extension of self.
Exceptional facilitator & speaker – Whether guiding a group of 250 people or working one-on-one, I’m skilled at helping people reframe their thinking, see themselves differently, and take action.
Lived experience – I’ve moved countries, shifted careers, learned new languages, and rebuilt my own relationship with work. I don’t just teach this, I live it.
Things I really believe in
-
We focus too much on what we don’t have, and in the process, neglect the tools we already have to do great things.
Impact is a result of purpose, intention, and alignment - stop adding more, but do more with less.
-
Life will throw you all sorts of curve-balls. The only way to perform, sustainably, is to know what you’re good at.
Understand, build, and harness your unique strengths.
-
Our lives are built through the tiny things we do every day that add up to a huge impact - think of it like compound interest, but of you.
Change happens in the everyday tiny.
